On 24 September 2024, the ICT Austria Annual Event 2024 took place in Vienna under the motto Sustainable Digitalization. Outstanding digital projects that make our everyday lives and work more sustainable were presented on this evening.

A special honour for us: dataspot. was there live this year! Together with Susan Hofleithner, Head of Group Data Management at Porsche Holding Salzburg, our Managing Director Michaela Mader was able to provide exciting insights into the joint project "Customer Centricity: Creation of a data map for the 360° customer view". We are delighted that this project was also honoured with an award, the ICT Austria Juwel, during the course of the evening. We would like to thank dataspot. in cooperation with Porsche Holding Salzburg for the invitation and the award.

Customer Centricity: Creating a data map for the 360° customer view

The award-winning project ‘Customer Centricity: Creating a data map for the 360° customer view’, which dataspot. implemented together with Porsche Holding Salzburg in the period from March to June 2024, is all about a comprehensive view of the customer in the context of value creation. Customers have contact with Porsche Holding Salzburg via various channels (e.g. car dealership, website, social media, telephone, and much more), which generates large amounts of customer data. In order to increase the quality of this data and provide customers with efficient and sustainable service, a 360° view of the customer is necessary. This allows customers to be targeted with advertising based on their interactions with the company. It also makes it possible to relieve employees and reduce storage capacities, IT resources and energy consumption.
