"Many companies have digital debts"
In an interview with CHEFINFO, our Managing Director Michaela Mader explains why it is important for companies to organise their data.
At the end of last year, our Managing Director Michaela Mader met with CHEFINFO for an exciting interview. Questions were answered on topics such as data quality, data governance and the upcoming challenges for companies, such as AI, taxonomy and ESG.
Michaela Mader emphasises that clean and well-structured data not only increases efficiency and enables better business decisions, but is also becoming increasingly important from a regulatory perspective. Those who do not address these issues risk not only high penalties, but also competitive disadvantages.
"If I want to survive for the next 20 years and develop new services or products, then I also need to have my data under control."
"The degree of maturity of digitalisation is not necessarily only related to the size of the company."
"A fundamental mistake is that company management often thinks that solving data problems is the job of the IT department. This is fundamentally wrong"
